【珠城科技：拟以4000万元收购德维嘉汽车电子系统（无锡）有限公司20%股权】金十数据2月12日讯，珠城科技公告，公司于2025年2月12日与德维嘉汽车电子系统（无锡）有限公司及其全体股东签订股权转让协议，拟以4000万元收购缪蔚翰、姚翔、王燕持有的标的公司20%股权。交易完成后，标的公司将成为公司的参股子公司。标的公司专注于汽车高频高速连接器的研发与制造，主营产品包括Fakra、HFM、HSD、H-MTD四类高频高速连接器，主要应用于智能驾驶系统、智能座舱系统、车载信息娱乐系统等。
