智通财经APP讯，中国东方航空股份(00670)发布公告，公司于2025年2月12日收到保荐机构中国国际金融股份有限公司(简称“中金公司”)出具的《关于更换中国东方航空股份有限公司持续督导保荐代表人的说明》。
中金公司系公司2022年度非公开发行A股股票的保荐机构，原委派持续督导的保荐代表人为徐志骏先生、夏雨扬女士。现夏雨扬女士因工作变动，不再担任公司持续督导保荐代表人。为不影响公司持续督导工作的正常进行，中金公司现委派唐加威先生接替夏雨扬女士担任公司的持续督导保荐代表人，继续履行对公司持续督导的相关职责和义务。
