中泰期货将于2025年2月25日下午2:30召开股东大会
财中社2月11日电中泰期货（01461）发布公告，公告中提到公司将于2025年2月25日下午2时30分在中国山东省济南市举行2025年第一次临时股东大会，主要议程包括与中泰证券订立金融产品服务框架协议的议案以及选举非职工代表董事的议案。
根据公告，公司与中泰证券于2025年1月9日签订的金融产品服务框架协议将涵盖2025年至2027年的年度上限。预计2025年每日最高投资额为3.3亿元，2026年和2027年的年度上限则为3.5亿元和3.7亿元。在管理费方面，2025年的上限为396万元，2026年为420万元，2027年为444万元。
该协议的签署是由于原金融服务框架协议的有效期于2024年12月31日届满，且公司预计在此后继续与中泰证券进行特定的持续关联交易。公告中还强调，董事会认为该交易条款公平合理，并符合公司及全体股东的整体利益。同时，独立董事委员会及独立财务顾问嘉林资本有限公司均对此表示支持。
