Odaily星球日报讯 纽约梅隆银行（BNY Mellon）数字资产全球负责人 Caroline Butler 近日呼吁对数字资产监管进行广泛反思，以便区块链和智能合约不仅仅是对现有基础设施进行 20%的增量优化。SEC 新任代理主席的首批行动之一是撤销 SAB 121，纽约梅隆银行自该法案出台以来一直在游说这一举措。 Butler 认为，监管需要围绕资本市场的未来进行重新构想，而资本市场的未来将围绕钱包结构展开：“它不应该符合我们今天的模式，因为钱包应该包含很多东西。这将打破我们今天的模式，即我们的机构根据资产类别进行更多的划分。我们应该有一种用例驱动的监管制度，来管理并专注于钱包。我认为这是一个巨大的转变。” 此外，DTCC 数字资产董事总经理兼全球主管 Nadine Chakar 指出，鉴于公司分为固定收益团队和衍生品团队，市场内部需要进行文化转变，其补充道：“虽然我们正在研究颠覆性技术，但我认为，在行业实现蓬勃发展之前，创新在一段时间内将只是渐进式的。”
