Cummins' Accelera Unit to Supply BP Green Project With Proton Exchange Membrane Electrolyzer

Cummins (CMI) business unit Accelera announced Tuesday that it will supply BP's (BP) Lingen green hydrogen project in Germany with a 100-megawatt proton exchange membrane electrolyzer system.

The company expects the system to be fully commissioned in 2027 and to produce up to 11,000 tons of green hydrogen annually.
