中原建业2025年1月在管项目合同销售额9.19亿元 同比下降19.2%
财中社2月11日电中原建业（09982）发布公告，截止2025年1月31日的未经审核经营数据显示，集团在该期间未获得新签合同项目，管理的项目总数为248个，建筑面积为2987万平方米。累计签约项目达到449个，签约建筑面积为5561万平方米。
在管项目的合同销售方面，截至2025年1月31日，集团的合同销售额为9.19亿元，同比减少19.2%；合同销售建筑面积为16万平方米，同比减少14.6%。每平方米的平均售价为5843元，同比减少5.4%。此外，集团在河南省以外的省份拥有33个在管项目，建筑面积为359万平方米，占总在管项目建筑面积的12%。
