智通财经APP获悉，新鸿基地产(00016)午前涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.54%，报71.65港元，成交额2.09亿港元。
消息面上，2月11日，新鸿基地产代理总经理胡致远表示，集团旗下天水围天荣站项目YOHO WEST PARKSIDE的售楼书和示范单位在完成阶段，最快本月推售。他表示，项目的1期交楼工作已完成，销售反应好。项目落成后将提供连串增值服务，包括提供待收网购邮件服务、家居维修及清洁、租借小电器及小家居，及“活动管家”等服务。
新地代理执行董事陈汉麟指出，2025年首季将连推三盘，合共提供1,890个单位。当中，天水围YOHO WEST PARKSIDE将会打头阵，项目提供525伙，其后将推出启德天玺.天2期，涉及约584伙，及西沙1A期，涉及781伙。
