金吾财讯 | 近日，京东物流(02618)正式启动开年招聘计划。今年上半年，公司计划招聘 3 万人，提供近100种不同岗位，涵盖了前线管理者、储备管理、速递员、国际业务、解决方案、产品、销售、物流规划等多个领域。
与此同时，京东物流今年还将面向高等院校开展大规模招聘，计划招聘应届毕业生超过 3500 名。过往经验显示，许多通过校园招聘进入公司的应届毕业生，如今已成长为公司的前线管理人员。
值得一提的是，去年上半年，京东物流在前线员工薪酬福利方面投入巨大，总开支约达 299 亿元人民币。
