高盛集团首席执行官David Solomon称，投资者没有给予该投行市场业务足够的信任，该业务将从其不断扩大的业务范围中受益。

　　这位首席执行官周二在瑞银主办的一个会议上表示，尽管出现季度波动，但从长远来看该行交易业务带来了稳定的增长。他表示，由于融资活动增加，推动了金融中介活动并巩固了客户对该行的依赖，这种潜力甚至更大。

　　Solomon表示，“如果每个人都退一步，不再以季度为基础，而是以年为基础来看待它，那么它就是一个巨大的全球规模平台，拥有大量不同的业务。”

　　他补充说，这种增长可能会在未来五到十年持续，“除非你认为世界将崩溃并在很长一段时间内变得可怕 —— 反正我不相信。”

　　不到一个月前，高盛公布其股票交易业务第四季度回报创纪录。高盛近期还将其融资平台重组为资本解决方案集团，整合了投资银行和交易业务。

　　在这场内容广泛的讨论中，这位高盛首席执行官还表示，特朗普政府可能会“释放一点动物精神”，并为银行提供更有利的监管环境。
