Ronshine China Holdings (HKG:3301) recorded contracted sales of around 349.9 million yuan in January, with a contracted gross floor area of 22,987 square meters, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The property company's average monthly selling price was approximately 15,221 yuan per square meter.
