新浪科技讯 2月12日下午消息，天眼查App显示，近日，常州孟腾智能装备有限公司发生工商变更，宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司、南京泽岳股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）退出股东行列，新增俞丁山、江苏有则创投集团有限公司为股东。

　　常州孟腾智能装备有限公司成立于2014年4月，法定代表人为刘晓东，注册资本6722万人民币，经营范围包括工业智能装备及自动化装备的生产、销售等，现由上海孟腾自动化科技有限公司、俞丁山等共同持股。官网显示，该公司专注于为汽车整车制造、新能源锂电、新能源汽车精密零部件等高端制造业提供数智化极限制造先进解决方案。（罗宁）
