智通财经APP获悉，内房股盘中急升，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)涨18.45%，报1.99港元；万科企业(02202)涨16.36%，报6.33港元；远洋集团(03377)涨11.34%，报0.275港元；富力地产(02777)涨10.4%，报1.38港元。
消息面上，此前2月10日晚间，万科发布《关于深铁集团向公司提供股东借款暨关联交易的公告》，第一大股东深铁集团拟向万科提供股东借款，借款金额为28亿元，本次股东借款将用于万科偿还公司到期公开债务，体现出大股东对公司的支持。分析人士认为，春节前多方刚刚积极表态支持万科稳健发展，节后一个星期，大股东便快速展开实质行动，通过股东借款为万科注入流动性，再次以实际行动表明了其支持万科良性发展的坚定决心和态度，也给市场吃下“定心丸”。
开源证券表示，2024年9月以来，中央政策持续加码，一揽子宏观政策“大礼包”推出，将积极提振房地产市场。房地产政策调整积极且迅速，房价“止跌回稳”路径显现。预计一线城市的政策调整将对需求侧形成有力支撑，并逐步改善房价预期，进而辐射二三线城市从而逐步实现房价“止跌回稳”，带来房地产基本面改善，维持行业“看好”评级。
