　　消息面上，联交所资料显示，信和置业主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达为首的家族办公室旗下“Kuang Ming Investments Pte Ltd”，于2月5日斥资约752.25万港元，增持维他奶国际86.6万股，每股作价8.6865港元，增持后最新持股数目为8610.4万股，持股比例为8.02%。
