智通财经APP讯，万科企业(02202)公布，于2025年2月10日(交易时段后)，该公司与公司主要股东深圳地铁集团订立贷款协议，据此，深圳地铁集团同意向公司提供总额不超过人民币28亿元的贷款，及该公司须提供以深圳地铁集团为受益人价值不超过人民币40亿元的资产抵押，作为贷款协议项下的担保。同日(交易时段后)，双方已进一步订立关于公司持有的合共211,530,417股万物云股份(按过去 30个交易日万物云股份的平均市场价格计算)的股份质押作为资产抵押。
