　　新东方-S（09901）中午收盘上涨4.54%，报41.40港元，成交额2.31亿港元。

　　瑞银发表研报称，海外考试准备和咨询业务是新东方近期疲软的主要原因。公司管理层强调了其海外业务的一些自下而上的积极因素：第一其针对年轻学生的项目强劲增长，按年增长30至40%；第二将“1X1”课程转换为优质小组课程。海外业务正在转型以适应留学市场的新常态。展望2025财年之后，海外业务仍有5至10%的成长趋势。

　　瑞银引述新东方管理层称，核心K12部门的发展势头良好且正常，该行亦料K12业务的利润率将稳定或略有提高，并在2026财年实现25%的健康成长。此外，新东方的股份购回计划将于5月31日结束，该行认为公司可能会推出新的股东奖励计划。
