瑞银发表报告指，太古地产(01972.HK) 公布去年初步业绩，经常性基本溢利65亿元，按年跌11%，符该行预期，倒退主要由于净财务成本上升及本港办公室租金收入减少。计及资产处置，基本纯利按年跌41%至68亿元。公司亦披露去年投资物业录重估亏损63亿元。因此，该行预期其净杠杆由去年上半年的13.3%升至约15%。
