国联民生证券发布研报称，AI的发展推动全社会生产模式的变革，目前在房地产全产业链均有赋能，助力企业提质增效。其中，房产中介是行业内最先应用科技工具的板块。该行指出，贝壳、安居客等房产中介平台正借助科技升级优化服务流程，提升行业运作效率。贝壳早期依托VR看房、线上带看、电子合同等数字化工具，推动行业线上化进程；同时，构建“楼盘字典”、真房源系统，提高交易透明度和交易效率。
野村此前发布研报指，预计房企股价将出现短期反弹，在整个行业中继续看好贝壳。民生证券此前指，集团是国内地产经纪龙头平台，24Q3贝壳和链家的APP+小程序月活用户数量为4620万，用户基础好且80%以上为高线优质客户，付费能力较强，首次覆盖给予“推荐”评级。
