　　中国交通建设（01800）发布公告，根据中国交通建设股份有限公司公司章程规定，在遵守中国有关法律、法规的前提下，对于无人认领的股息，公司可在适用的有关时效期限届满后行使没收权力。据此，公司董事会宣布，于2025年2月17日仍未领取的股息将予没收及拨归公司所有。
