Tecon Biology (SHE:002100) generated 418 million yuan in revenue from selling pigs in January, up 23% from 340 million yuan in the prior year, according to a Saturday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The Chinese agricultural products manufacturer sold 298,000 pigs for an average of 14.79 yuan per kilogram last month, compared with 232,100 pigs sold for an average of 13.07 yuan per kilogram in January 2024.
