观点网讯：2月12日，国都证券发布公告称，已正式聘任张晖担任公司总经理一职。此次人事变动旨在推动公司业务整合与协同发展。

据了解，张晖此前在浙商证券工作近18年，历任固定收益总部总经理、债券投行总部总经理等职，并曾担任董事会秘书及副总裁等重要职务。他在2025年1月加入国都证券前，主导完成了对国都证券的收购谈判工作，为本次交易的成功奠定了基础。

此次人事任命被认为将有助于整合两家券商资源，提升整体竞争力。
