Region Group Swings to Fiscal H1 Profit as Revenue Rises; Adjusted FFO Slips

Region Group (ASX:RGN) reported Tuesday fiscal first-half adjusted funds from operation (AFFO) of AU$0.0668 per security, down from AU$0.067 per security a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expected adjusted funds from operations of AU$0.0683.

RGN reported fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.07 per diluted share, compared with a loss of AU$0.0302 per diluted share a year earlier. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expected AU$0.1014.

Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$191.9 million, compared with AU$190.1 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected AU$193.4 million.

The company said it expects a fiscal 2025 adjusted FFO of AU$0.137 per security, in line with the consensus estimate compiled by Visible Alpha.
