智通财经APP获悉，特步国际(01368)再跌近4%，截至发稿，跌3.61%，报5.34港元，成交额7234.62万港元。
消息面上，特步国际宣布，拟配股兼发行可换股债集资，所得款项净额约为9.85亿港元。其中，认购估计所得款项净额约为4.93亿港元，债券发行估计所得款项净额约为4.92亿港元。特步国际计划将所得款项用于进一步发展特步主品牌及索康尼的DTC业务模式、加强索康尼的品牌推广和产品组合，以及作为营运资金支持一般企业用途。
申万宏源此前表示，索康尼自收购以来其发展势头强劲，每年都保持高速增长，2024年零售额成功突破10亿大关；预计未来5年索康尼将成为公司增长的重要引擎。该行指出，公司持续优化多品牌矩阵，24年剥离时尚运动品牌，聚焦核心跑步业务，优化资源分配，有利于夯实专业运动优势地位。
