新浪科技讯 2月11日下午消息，天眼查法律诉讼信息显示，近日，克莉丝汀关联公司上海克莉丝汀食品有限公司新增一则破产审查案件，经办法院为上海市第三中级人民法院。

　　该公司成立于1993年1月，法定代表人为徐纯彬，注册资本1297万美元，经营范围含食品经营、生产以烘焙及糖制食品为主的系列食品及其原辅料等，由泰升国际集团有限公司全资持股。天眼风险信息显示，该公司现存多条被执行人、限制消费令、失信被执行人（老赖）及终本案件信息。

　　去年12月，克莉丝汀（01210.HK ）发布公告称，12月12日收到香港联交所函件，经审慎考虑所有事实及证据，以及该公司及联交所上市科提交的全部陈述后，上市复核委员会决定维持上市委员会撤销该公司上市地位的决定。克莉丝汀在12月27日被撤销上市地位。

　　克莉丝汀创立于1993年，巅峰时期在长三角地区拥有店面逾千家。2012年，在成立20周年之际，克莉丝汀在港交所上市，被称为“烘焙第一股”。
