　　花旗发布研究报告称，对福莱特玻璃（06865）开启为期90日的上行催化观察，预计中国太阳能玻璃价格将在短期内录得上涨，并估计在今年6月1日之前加速太阳能安装，以确保尽可能达到最多的保证承购量。花旗将福莱特玻璃目标价定于10港元，给予“沽售”评级。

　　该行表示，中国国家发改委及中国国家能源总署联合发布《关于深化新能源上网电价市场化改革促进新能源高质量发展的通知》。根据新政策，自今年6月1日起，新增再生能源（风电、太阳能）专案产出电量全参与市场销售，上网电价由市场交易形成。

　　花旗预计，太阳能玻璃生产线产量需要时间来增加。因此，受近期太阳能安装热潮推动，太阳能玻璃价格将出现上涨，至于现行太阳能玻璃价格在现金成本方面的下跌空间可能有限。
