2月10日，芬兰电信巨头诺基亚周一宣布，公司首席执行官佩卡·伦德马克(Pekka Lundmark)将离职，由英特尔(INTC.US)执行副总裁兼数据中心与人工智能集团总经理贾斯汀·霍塔德(Justin Hotard)接任。霍塔德将于2025年4月1日正式上任。
据了解，诺基亚目前正面临5G设备销量下滑的困境，公司一直在探索市场多元化，积极拓展人工智能等新兴领域。诺基亚董事长萨里·巴尔道夫(Sari Baldauf)表示：“霍塔德在加速科技公司增长方面有着出色的记录，同时在人工智能和数据中心市场拥有丰富的专业知识，这些都是诺基亚未来增长的关键领域。”
伦德马克于2020年被任命为诺基亚首席执行官，在其任期内，公司通过一系列战略调整和业务转型，努力应对5G市场的挑战。伦德马克将继续担任霍塔德的顾问，直至今年年底。
此前，诺基亚曾在2024年9月否认有关公司正在寻找新任首席执行官的媒体报道。巴尔道夫表示，伦德马克向董事会表达了在业务重新定位进入更高级阶段且确定合适继任者后离职的意愿，因此公司启动了领导层过渡的规划。
