国金证券指出，2025年是十四五收官之年，预期信创推进政策及配套财政支持政策快速落地，预计上半年信创产业链相关公司的订单回暖将会出现重要信号。长江证券则表示，信创属于偏刚性支出，成长确定性比较优势凸显。当前时点已经演绎完政策和规划预期阶段，即将切换至订单落地阶段。若需求如预期释放，则信创全产业链有望受益，行业整体迎来较好投资机遇。
公开资料显示，浪潮数字企业的实际控制人为山东省国资委，母公司为浪潮集团。海通证券此前指，公司在央企国企以及大型企业市场具备强竞争力，在云计算、AI等新技术快速发展下，公司持续投入研发创新，全面升级海岳软件产品体系，助力企业数字化、智能化转型，持续推动ERP等管理软件国产替代进程。
