Yuzhou Group (HKG:1628) logged 501 million yuan in sales in January, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong exchange.
The corresponding gross floor area for the month was 35,675 square meters with an average selling price of 14,052 yuan per square meter, the filing said.
