智通财经APP讯，诺发集团(01360)发布公告，除公告中所述的联交所于2023年12月19日提供的复牌指引及公告中所述的联交所于2024年4月2日提供的额外复牌指引外，公司于2025年2月10日接获联交所的函件，据此，联交所已向公司下达额外复牌指引(下文(f))。复牌指引详情如下：(a)处理由不发表意见引发的问题，确实无需再发出不发表意见及披露足够资料令投资者可在知情的情况下对公司的财务状况作出评估;(b)进行独立内控检讨，证明公司已设立足够内部监控及程序以遵守上市规则;(c)向市场公布所有重大资讯，以供公司股东及投资者评估公司状况;(d)证明已遵守上市规则第13.24条;及(e)重新遵守上市规则第13.92条;(f)根据上市规则规定，公布所有未完成的财务业绩，并处理任何审计修改。
