智通财经APP讯，会稽山(601579.SH)公告，为鼓励优秀员工长期、稳定在企业工作，满足公司人才住房需求，增强公司引才、用才、留才的能力，促进公司持续发展。2024年7月29日，经公司总经理办公会议审议通过并经公司董事长批准，同意公司利用自有存量土地建设保障性租赁住房项目并采用设计-采购-施工工程总承包(EPC)发包模式进行投资建设。项目位于湖塘街道的公司黄酒产业园内，总用地面积约3.5万平方米，总建筑面积约4.5万平方米。
为优化公司对项目建设工程的管控模式，公司拟与关联方精工绿筑签署会稽山保障性租赁住房项目工程总承包(EPC)合同，合同总价款为1.49亿元(含税)，工程总工期540日历天，合同签定日起至竣工备案完成止，其中450日历天内应完成五方主体竣工验收(包含验收整改期)。
