　　国恩控股（08121）发布公告，郭惠珍女士（郭女士）已辞任本公司的公司秘书（公司秘书），且不再担任根据香港联合交易所有限公司（联交所）GEM证券上市规则（GEM上市规则）第5.24条所指本公司的授权代表（授权代表），自2025年2月7日起生效。

　　于郭女士辞任后，董事会亦宣布谢秀新女士（谢女士）已获委任为公司秘书及授权代表，自2025年2月7日起生效。
