太古地产(01972.HK) 发盈警,预计2024年度股东应占呈报亏损约8亿元,相较2023年度股东应占溢利约26亿元;股东应占基本溢利预计约68亿元,上年度录得116亿元,主要反映公司期内并无来自2023年12月完成出售港岛东中心九个楼层获得的一次性溢利约33亿元以及2024年出售香港停车位的溢利有所下跌。
全年经常性基本溢利预计约65亿元,相较上年度录得73亿元,主要反映财务支出净额升和香港办公楼租金收入减少。投资物业公平值亏损预计由上年度44亿元增加至63亿元。
