智通财经APP讯，远东控股国际(00036)发布公告，于2025年2月3日(星期一)下午四时正(即配售代理配售未获认购供股股份及除外股东未售出供股股份的最后时限)，全部8220.48万股未获认购供股股份及除外股东未售出供股股份已根据配售事项按每股未获认购供股股份或除外股东未售出供股股份(视情况而定)港币0.334元的配售价(相当于认购价)成功向不少于6名独立承配人配售。因此，根据补偿安排，概无净收益可供分配予不行动股东。
因此，供股(包括配售事项)筹集的所得款项总额约为港币7275万元，而供股所得款项净额(扣除开支后)约为港币6955万元。
