吴说获悉，据 Manifold Times，阿联酋注册公司 Bunker Partner DMCC 与新加坡公司 FOMO Pay Pte Ltd 于 2 月 4 日在新加坡共和国高等法院进行了听证会。根据获取的法院文件，Bunker Partner 向法院申请针对 FOMO Pay 账户内 2,000 万美元发出财产禁令，旨在禁止 FOMO Pay 处置、转移或以任何方式处理该笔资金。此次申请是由 First Digital Trust Limited 与星展银行（DBS Bank Ltd Singapore）代理提交。FOMO Pay 是一家获得新加坡金融管理局（MAS）许可的主要支付机构。
