BYD (HKG:1211, SHE:002594) is looking to roll out an autopilot system for nearly all its cars for free, the South China Morning Post reported Monday.

The EV manufacturer will install its advanced driver assistance system, known as God's Eye, on 21 cars, the report said.

The system, which helps with self-parking and highway navigation, is also seen to make self-driving affordable for mainland Chinese customers, the SCMP said.
