　　丽年国际（09918）发布公告，于2025年2月10日，卖方丽年控股（本公司的间接全资附属公司）及本公司与买方郑惠娴女士及TTL订立出售协议，卖方已有条件同意出售而买方已有条件同意购买待售股份（即TTL的10%股权），代价为73万港元。于完成后，本公司将不再持有TTL任何股权。

　　TTL 为一间于2020年6月26日在香港注册成立的有限公司。TTL 主要从事开发及销售高科技地板护理产品（其中包括真空吸尘器）。TTL 已与许可方（于纳斯达克股票市场上市的跨国集团公司）订立许可协议，TTL已获授权于2020年8月26日起直至2025年12月31日在日常业务过程中作为批发分销商在若干产品上使用许可商标。
