消息称蔚来召开内部会，李斌目标今年Q4单季度盈利
IT之家 2 月 11 日消息，“21 汽车”今日援引多个独立信源消息称，近期蔚来召开了一次内部会议，会上，蔚来董事长、CEO 李斌分享了 2025 年关于他个人的 VAU（Vision Action Upgrade，愿景、行动及升级）。
IT之家获悉，李斌的 3 个愿景是销量翻番、力争 2025Q4 单季度盈利、继续构建体系化能力；所需采取的行动则是建立销量终端意识、设立 CBU（Cell Business Unit，基本经营单元）、延续 Cost Mining（挖矿行动），“该省省、该花花”。
在 2024 年三季度财报会上，李斌给外界的盈利时间是 2026 年，但在此次的内部会议中，他表示，会力争 2025 年 Q4 实现单季度盈利。李斌称，在现有的 22 万台销量下，基本能确定哪些是固定支出，如果在此基础上蔚来销量翻番，都没有实现盈利，“证明钱花多了，得看钱到底是怎么花掉的。”
蔚来也在今年 1 月设立了基本经营单元，每个大部门都有一个单独的成本结算中心，去计算各个部门在不同项目上已花费、即将要花费的成本。一位蔚来中层表示，设立 CBU 的目的是让公司清楚部门在不同的项目上为什么要花钱、付出的成本能换来多大回报，各个部门在花钱之前都需要阐述清楚。
