智通财经APP获悉，香港宽频(01310)盘中跌超6%，截至发稿，跌5.73%，报4.94港元，成交额7238万港元。
消息面上，据媒体报道，中国移动收购香港宽频提案未见进展。市场消息指，收购要约已提出逾2个月，但监管机构仍未对交易审查作出任何回应，或因此而未能全部达成要约先决条件。而传言另一意向买家环球全域电讯(HGC)股东、私募股权公司I Squared Capital，目前亦未提出正式收购要约。
