National Aluminium Company (NSE:NATIONALUM, BOM:532234) recorded a sharp rise in its consolidated profit to 15.7 billion Indian rupees in the the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, against 4.71 billion rupees a year ago.
Earnings per share came in at 8.53 rupees compared with the year-ago figure of 2.56 rupees, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges by the aluminum manufacturer.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q3 increased to 46.6 billion rupees from 33.5 billion rupees a year earlier.
The company declared a second interim dividend of 4 rupees per equity share of face value of 5 rupees each for the financial year 2024-2025.
