恒隆地产(00101.HK) 东九龙住宅项目“皓日”近日以招标形式售出一伙连平台的特色户，单位为3楼H室，属一房开放式厨房间隔，实用面积289平方呎，连135平方呎特色平台，成交价约569万元，成交呎价约19,691元。
