财中社2月10日电国联证券（601456/01456）发布公告，基于公司战略发展需要，同时使公司证券简称更为全面、准确地反映公司基本情况及未来发展规划，公司拟变更公司A股证券简称，将于2025年2月14日起由“国联证券”变更为“国联民生”，而股票证券代码“601456”保持不变。此次简称变更经过公司第五届董事会第二十一次会议审议通过。

公司表示，公司本次变更 A 股证券简称不涉及主营业务的变更，符合公司战略规划和整体利益，不存在利用变更证券简称影响公司股价、误导投资者的情形，也不存在损害公司和中小股东利益的情形。
