Arena REIT Posts Higher Fiscal H1 Earnings as Property Income Rises; Reaffirms Fiscal 2025 Distribution Guidance

Arena REIT (ASX:ARF) reported Wednesday that its earnings per security in the fiscal first half rose to AU$0.0929, up nearly 6%, from AU$0.0872 last year.

Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting EPS of AU$0.09.

Property income for the six-month period ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$44.2 million, up 13% from AU$39.1 million in the same period last year. The Visible Alpha average estimate was for a property income of AU$44.2 million.

The social infrastructure-focused real estate investment trust reaffirmed its fiscal 2025 distribution guidance of $0.1825, up 4.9% from last year.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.0912 per share, up 4.9% from the AU$0.087 in the previous reported period.
