兴业控股签融资租赁协议 交易金额7000万元
财中社2月10日电兴业控股（00132）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司绿金租赁与承租人签订了一项融资租赁协议，涉及资产转让及返租，交易金额为7000万元（相当于约7434万港元）。该融资租赁协议的租期为五年，承租人将承担与资产相关的所有维护及其他费用。
本次融资租赁的财务影响预计将在整个租赁期间为公司贡献约1188万元（相当于约1262万港元）的营业额。根据协议，资产转让的代价将通过公司的内部资源支付，预计将导致公司现金及银行结余减少6650万元（相当于约7062万港元）。此外，承租人需在融资租赁日期支付免息保证金350万元（相当于约372万港元）作为租赁付款责任的抵押。
