消息面上，据上海电气消息，日前，三峡能源大规模压缩空气储能系统与关键装备研制及应用示范项目110千伏升压站工程在内蒙古乌兰察布市化德县成功送电，标志着这一全球首个高寒地区压缩空气储能电站正式进入并网调试阶段。该项目是内蒙古首批电网侧独立储能示范项目，上海电气所属上海电气江苏综合能源服务有限公司作为主要参建企业。
上海电气去年10月公布，全资子公司自动化集团拟以现金方式收购电气控股持有的宁笙实业100%股权。宁笙实业的核心资产包括上海发那科机器人有限公司50%的股权。值得注意的是，有关国产光刻机巨人上海微电子“借壳”的传闻一直备受市场关注。据悉，上海微电子自2017年12月进入上市辅导进程，去年10月撤回IPO备案，上市进程遇阻。有产业投资人士猜测，其可能会选择借壳方式上市。“据了解，上海电气的母公司为上海电气控股集团有限公司，其为上海微电子第一大股东。
