乐居财经刘治颖2月10日，万科A(SZ000002)公告，公司第一大股东深圳市地铁集团有限公司（以下简称“深铁集团”）拟向公司提供借款，借款金额为28亿元。
据悉，本次万科向深铁集团借款利率按年化2.34%计算，低于全国银行间同业拆借中心公布的1年期LPR，借款期限为36个月，借款用于偿还公司在公开市场发行的债券的本金与利息。
万科提供不超过价值40亿元的资产进行质押，质押率设定为70%。初始是以万科持有的万物云空间科技服务股份有限公司（以下简称“万物云”）（2602.HK）市值为40亿元的股票提供质押担保，质押股票定价参考最近30个交易日的平均价格确定，截至2月7日每股约为20.54港元，具体质押股数将根据签订协议时万物云的股价情况及根据与监管机构沟通情况确定。
