Brookfield Asset Management Plans to Invest $20.6 Billion in AI Infrastructure Projects in France by 2030

Brookfield Asset Management (BAM) said it plans to invest 20 billion euros ($20.63 billion) by 2030 to support artificial intelligence deployment in France.

The investment will focus on data centers and related AI infrastructure, including 15 billion euros of data center investment by Brookfield unit Data4, which already has plans to build over 500 MW of data center capacity in France.

Brookfield said it plans an additional 5 billion euro investment in AI-related infrastructure, including data transfer, chip storage, and energy generation.
