兴证国际完成出售5000万元债券 亏损269万元
财中社2月10日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告，董事会宣布于2025年2月10日，CISI Investment在公开市场出售本金金额为5000万元（相当于约5325万港元）之债券，代价为4730万元（相当于约5037万港元）。由于此次出售事项的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成公司须予披露的交易，需遵守相关的申报及公告规定，但获豁免遵守股东批准的要求。
此次出售的债券到期日为2028年1月10日，固定年利率为7.5%。根据公告，出售事项导致公司录得269万元（相当于约287万港元）的亏损，主要是因认购债券成本与从出售中获得的款项及持有期间的票面利息收入之差额。公司计划将出售所得款项用于一般运营资金，并可能在合适投资机会出现时进行新投资。
