智通财经APP讯，龙蟠科技(02465)发布公告，有关公司附属LBM New Energy (AP) Pte. Ltd.拟发行2亿美元的认购股份的相关事宜。董事会欣然宣布，完成已根据认购协议的条款及条件落实。截至本公告日期，首次后续投资及认购事项的相关登记手续尚待完成。于完成后，目标公司分别由现有股东、INA及Aisis拥有54.65%、34.01%及11.34%。目标公司仍为本公司的附属公司，且目标集团的财务业绩继续于本集团综合入账。
