2月10日金融一线消息，宜宾银行发布公告称，综合考虑该行对审计服务的需求，根据会计师事务所选聘相关规定，经履行公开选聘程序并根据评审结果及经参考董事会审计委员会的推荐建议后，于2025年2月10日，董事会已决议建议委任天健国际会计师事务所有限公司（“天健”）为银行截至2024年12月31日止年度的国际核数师，为银行提供2024年度财务报告审计、绩效评价及内部控制审计服务，任期直至本行下一届年度股东大会结束为止。
