智通财经APP讯，比高集团(08220)发布公告，本公司普通股(股份)于香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)买卖的每手买卖单位将会由10000股股份更改为1000股股份，自2025年3月3日(星期一)上午九时正起生效。
股份目前以每手买卖单位10000股股份进行买卖。董事会预期，缩小每手买卖单位将降低投资者购买股份的门槛，从而促进股份交投及提高股份的流通性，进而将令本公司可吸引更多投资者，因此可扩大本公司的股东基础。于更改每手买卖单位生效后，股份将会以每手买卖单位1000股股份进行买卖。根据股份于本公告日期在联交所所报的收市价每股4.25港元计算，于更改每手买卖单位前，每手买卖单位股份的市场价值为42500港元，而于更改每手买卖单位后将为4250港元。
