【Paragon Shine Limited 收购高鑫零售股权案获得市场监管总局批准】金十数据2月10日讯，高鑫零售(06808.HK)港交所公告，要约人Paragon Shine Limited欣然宣布其已于2025年5月10日接获市监总局就此合并控股备案作出的批准，因此市监总局条件已达成。根据买卖协议，买卖协议交割应不迟于市监总局条件达成日期后12个交割营业日（即2025年2月27日）或要约人与卖方可以书面协定之其他日期作实。有关买卖协议交割之进一步公告将适时刊发。
